銀行綜合險不保資安問題，但產險在20多年前早已推出「資訊系統不法行為險」卻乏人問津，多半產險公司早已停售，目前只有兆豐產和新光產仍有銷售，產險公司表示，在經過一銀事件之後，或許會使該保險商品受到金融機構的重視。

一銀ATM盜領案目前警方持續偵辦中，一銀被盜領逾8千萬元仍有5百多萬元尚未找到，由於一銀有向台產投保綜合險，即使未來還是無法找到，產險公司表示，如果沒有證明有「內神通外鬼」，就無法依「員工不誠實」獲得理賠。

產險公會表示，一般銀行所投保綜合險內容多，「電腦犯罪」是屬不保事項，如果銀行想轉嫁資訊安全系統相關風險的話，各金融機構可以直接投保「資訊系統不法行為保險」，但因保費不便宜，各銀行投保率相當相當低。

據產險公司表示，目前除了兆豐產、新光產還有類似保險產品之外，其他產險公司都已將該產品「下架」，下架原因就是「零銷售」。
